Why we started
This is where the founder explains, in their own words, who they are, what they’ve done before and why they chose data centre heat.
We’ve left this deliberately. We won’t invent a biography.
Why develop, not own
Development and ownership are different businesses, suited to different money.
Different risk, different capital
Early-stage risk (heat supply, offtake, consent, grid) suits a small, focused developer. Long-term ownership suits infrastructure funds with patient capital. We do the first job and sell to the second.
No installation on our books
We design and manage delivery through specialist contractors. We don’t take construction capital or contractor liability.
A stake that keeps us honest
We keep 10–20% of the projects we sell, so we have a reason to make sure they work after the sale.
Pipeline

Simple one-to-one schemes delivered in 12–24 months, before we take on district networks.

Contracts, energy centre designs and site screening we can reuse, so each project is faster than the last.
Specialist partners
Established contractors and data centre engineering firms do what they do best. We’re the heat specialist in the room.
